DELIVERY
All deliveries are made by AUSTRALIA POST.
WARRANTIES / RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. It means you can return any purchase for any reason and obtain a prompt exchange or credit on your merchandise. Returns must be made within 21 days of purchase. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable. We will send all exchange items freight free. Please enclose your receipt so we can process the return quickly.

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES
At the moment we are only delivering within Australia. If you would like to order from another country, you can contact us directly on sales@jknowles.com.au . We can only accept VISA and MASTERCARD for payments of goods and freight. Overseas deliveries may be subject to import charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs restrictions may also apply.
LOCAL FREIGHT HANDLING AND INSURANCE
We average our freight and handling costs at $10.00 Australia wide.
Freight for much heavier items such as tools and mechanical movements like Grandfather clocks etc, can be quoted. We will charge credit card customers that cost on their order, those paying by cheque will have to call. Insurance charges are an additional cost.
